Every Treatment, In Full

• Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours and avoid steam, saunas and swimming.
• Avoid rubbing or touching your lashes excessively for the first 24 hours.
• Avoid mascara and eye makeup for 24 hours after your treatment.
• Avoid oil-based products around the eye area, including cleansers and makeup removers.
• Gently brush your lashes into place daily with a clean spoolie.
• Keep lashes nourished with a lash serum or conditioning treatment.
• Avoid waterproof mascara, as it can be drying and harder to remove.
• Be gentle when cleansing and removing eye makeup to help maintain your lift.

Lash lift results are semi-permanent and gradually relax as the natural lash grows out.

• Keep the treated area completely dry for the first 24–48 hours — no washing, sweating, steam or swimming.
• Apply the aftercare ointment provided in a very thin layer with clean hands or a cotton bud, as instructed.
• Do not pick, peel or scratch any scabbing — let it flake off naturally to avoid pulling out pigment.
• Avoid make-up, tinted skincare and sun cream directly on the treated area until fully healed.
• Avoid swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs and sea swimming for around 10–14 days.
• Keep the area out of direct sun and off sunbeds during healing, and apply SPF once healed to protect the colour.
• Avoid facials, chemical peels, exfoliation, microdermabrasion and laser treatments over the area until healed.
• Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive sweating and saunas for the first few days.
• Sleep on your back where possible for the first few nights to avoid friction on the treated area.
• Attend your follow-up/perfecting appointment, usually around 4–6 weeks later, once healing is complete.

Semi-permanent makeup fades gradually over time and colour will appear softer once fully healed. This is not a permanent treatment.
